On February 23 and 24, 2024, Saxony-Anhalt's largest education, job and start-up fair will take place, and preparations are already in full swing at HALLE MESSE. Since 2004, it has been an important address for finding your personal future and shows a variety of apprenticeships and job prospects – an event that companies from industry, trade and commerce, as well as institutions, chambers and associations should already be making a note of.
Over 9,000 visitors came to Chance 2023, and they and the approximately 300 exhibitors were able to draw a positive conclusion: Chance underlined its importance as Saxony-Anhalt's largest and most important career fair. The 2024 trade fair will build on this success; the number of exhibitors that have already registered shows the great interest, particularly among regionally based companies. Minister President Dr. Reiner Haseloff has once again taken on the patronage. And the continuation of the cooperation with the Fachkräfteallianz hallesaale also represents the high esteem in which the job fair is held.
The event is aimed at those looking for apprenticeships and jobs alike. Under the motto “Shaping your own future”, the fair offers them ideal opportunities to find out from exhibitors about the options available to them in choosing the right career path. Well-known companies will be advertising for new skilled employees in many areas and with different qualification requirements with specific job offers. Personnel managers and future colleagues will be on hand to provide advice, insights into dream jobs, introduce new professions and answer all questions relating to training paths, career entry and taking up employment – an opportunity that will not come again before the job interview.
