Chance has been taking place since 2004 under the motto "Shaping your own future". It enables a direct exchange for pupils, retrainees, students, career starters, skilled workers and also potentially self-employed people and is therefore a great help in shaping their professional future. Trainees and future colleagues are on hand at the exhibition stands to answer all questions at eye level. An opportunity that will not be available again before the job interview.
Practical job profiles from almost all sectors are presented at Chance, with a particular focus on dual training and careers in the skilled trades. Companies from industry, trade, commerce and services present themselves with a wide range of offers. Technical colleges and universities will provide information about courses and degrees as well as financing options. At the fair, those interested in setting up a business will find advice, support and examples of successful start-ups.
